BASH (Business Associate Social Hour), an entrepreneurial event organized by Enactus GGDSD College to promote Entrepreneurship in the youth of Tricity and giving the platform to the enthusiastic and passionate people for showcasing their business plans. Nitin Rai Chaudhary, Founder & CEO of digitalseries, best digital marketing agency in Chandigarh was invited and welcomed by the director and principal of GGDSD College, where he marked his presence as a judge in BASH Event held on 12th February 2020 along with Ritika Singh – CEO of Kontent Factory, and Soumveer Singh Anand – Co-Founder & CEO of Pindfresh.
A total of 14 teams participated in the competition where each team pitched their startup ideas and business strategies with compelling presentations in front of the judges, and the panel enlightened the participants with their profound knowledge and experience about current marketing trends and scenarios, in addition to how to prepare and pitch their startup ideas. Nitin Rai Chaudhary emphasized on the importance of having a proper execution plan during the competition to the budding entrepreneurs and appreciated youth for taking bold decisions and coming up with business ideation at such a young age.
Apart from the competition, the event also consisted of a Chief Guest Speaker Session by Vivek Atray, former IAS Officer and Author of “Finding Success Within” where he motivated and enlightened the audience with a mantra of ‘three “I’s” minus “I” ’ that signified “Inspire, Innovation and Integrity” minus “I” for egotism in an individual. He concluded the session by emphasizing the importance of happiness in life and finding success within.
Afterward, Nitin Rai Chaudhary along with Vivek Atray felicitated the winners of the competition with a cash prize followed by healthy discussions and interactions with the participants in the event.
Overall, the event was filled with the vibes of passion, resilience and hard work.
